New self-service request platform coming soon

Later this year, we’re launching a new self-service platform for submitting service requests to offer providers a more user-friendly and issue-specific method of communicating with EviCore by Evernorth’s ® support teams. This solution will empower providers and external customers with greater control and precision than ever before on: 

• Claims
• Appeal updates
• Authorization updates
• Participation
• Provider information changes/updates

What are we improving?

In the previous process, providers’ tickets were manually routed from one team to another after submission, which could take additional time and back-and-forth communication to resolve. 

What differences can users expect to see?

With the new self-service request platform, providers can select the issue topic from a dropdown list so that tickets route directly to the team best suited to address their concern, speeding up the service process.

Users will also see updates to their profiles that provide additional functionality and control. Within this new self-service platform, users can check ticket status, communicate directly with EviCore by Evernorth® staff, and add further information as needed to modify their ticket. 

Together, these updates will place more control in providers’ hands and streamline the request submission process, so together, we can get patients connected to care faster.
