Providers can now complete clinical pathways for select Durable Medical Equipment (DME) items—including oxygen, orthotics/braces, hospital beds and more—through our web portal. Requests that meet clinical guidelines and include attestation may receive real-time authorization.
New pathways are also being added each month. We encourage you to check out our portal at EviCore.com when submitting a request. If a pathway is available, the relevant questions will be presented during case entry.
