Appointment wait times for impacted California patients must be applied pursuant to Cal. Health & Safety Code § 1367.03. In addition, the availability of interpreter services at the time of an appointment must be applied pursuant to Cal Health & Safety Code § 1367.04.
EviCore’s payer plans are obligated under California law to provide or arrange for timely access to care. Contact a payer plan at the phone number on the back of the patient’s identification card to obtain assistance if a patient is unable to obtain a timely referral to an appropriate provider. Contact the Department of Managed Health Care at 1-888-466-2219 or https://www.dmhc.ca.gov to file a complaint if a patient is unable to obtain a timely referral to an appropriate provider.
