Get to know your regional engagement manager provider resources

The Provider Engagement team is made up of 10 dedicated and resourceful regional provider engagement managers, each assigned to different territories of the U.S.

A list of these regions and contact information for each manager can be found in the Provider Engagement Managers Contact Sheet. Please feel free to reach out to your regional contact at any time to introduce yourself, ask questions, request training, or offer suggestions.

The team also has a dedicated national provider advocate, Amy Oliphant. Her primary goal is provider satisfaction. Amy can also handle portal questions, document requests for enhancements, and requests for web training. Her contact information is included in the Provider Engagement Managers Contact Sheet, but she’s not dedicated to any certain region.
