We plan to make some significant changes in 2025, and we want your input. After submitting a case request, you may be prompted to fill out a Provider Satisfaction Survey. We’ve recently updated the survey, and we would love to hear from you. The provider survey is the best place to provide feedback about any of our processes.
Let us know what’s working and what’s not. Tell us if you prefer how another company handles certain things. Your responses will help us determine where to focus our time and efforts to improve our processes.
If you’re having an ongoing issue, please be sure to include details in your response and mark “yes” to allow us to reach out to you. Between our National Provider Advocates and our Provider Engagement Team, we can get you the help you need on just about anything, and we want to make your experience as seamless as possible.
Also, please know that we take your feedback seriously: We review every single comment we receive through the provider satisfaction survey, and we report on them monthly to executive leadership. This allows our company to take timely action to correct any issues that may be occurring. Thanks for your participation.
