Whether you’re a new user or an experienced one with questions, our free virtual training sessions can help you and your team get the most out of the EviCore portal and tools. Sessions are held via WebEx and typically last about one hour.

• Intro to EviCore Online Resources: Explore Provider Hub resources, account registration, and portal support materials. Offered twice per month.
• Intro to Web Portal Training: Learn portal navigation, case submission, commonly used tools, and key features. Offered twice per week.
• Post-Acute Care Portal Training: Learn about request submission, case status review, and available support resources for post-acute care. Offered once per week.
• Therapy Provider Training: Learn about Medical Necessity Management processes and portal navigation for therapy providers. Offered twice per quarter.
