Next time you log on to your EviCore portal, you may notice some improvements. EviCore recently launched a new Universal Provider Experience (UPX) dashboard and landing page for providers.
What are we improving?
Previously, users had to navigate between MedSolutions and CareCore National portals to view their individual case worklists, which could be cumbersome.
What will users see?
The new UPX dashboard provides a simplified, all-inclusive worklist for providers that displays cases from both MedSolutions and CareCore National, alongside additional helpful features including:
Future updates will include the ability to attach and view documents directly within the worklist. These changes are designed to better support providers across the prior authorization process through improved visibility and user interface experience.

Cases stay on the worklist for 90 days from the date they were initiated.
You can filter by provider using the global search bar—just type the provider’s name to narrow down the list. Currently, filtering by member ID is not available.
