Whether you’re a new user or an experienced user with questions, our free online training sessions can help maximize your experience.
All our training sessions last one hour and take place on multiple dates and times, providing flexible options to meet your needs:
- “Intro to Web Portal Training” is offered twice per week.
- “Intro to EviCore Online Resources” is offered twice per month.
- “Therapy Provider Portal Training” (specifically for therapy providers) is offered twice per quarter.

- January 22, 2026, at 12:30 pm ET
- March 3, 2026, at 3:00 pm ET
- May 4, 2026, at 1:30 pm ET
- June 9, 2026, at 2:00 pm ET
To view available session dates/times and register, follow these steps:
- Go to EviCore.webex.com.
- Select Webex Training from the drop-down menu in the top-left corner.
- Click the Upcoming tab.
- Click Register next to the session you wish to attend.
- Enter the registration information.
After you’ve registered, you’ll receive an email containing the meeting information and a link to the web portion of the session. It’s important to keep this registration email so you’ll have the necessary information to join the training. You’ll also have an option to add the session to your calendar.
